Ceviche 91 Curaçao

Ceviche 91 is dubbed Curacao’s first ceviche ‘gastrobar’. This Willemstad eatery offers diners a taste of the Caribbean and Latin flavours with inventive dishes such as the restaurant’s signature dish, the Ceviche 91, which is a combination of three different types of ceviche – Peruvian ceviche, Venezuelan rompe colchon and passionfruit ceviche.
And if ceviche isn’t your favourite, there’s plenty to choose from their seafood and tapas dishes.
The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.
